- This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Syracuse, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about May 2, 2012 for the purchase and installation of a domestic water filtration system for the Syracuse VAMC per the Contract Specifications, Project No. 12-011. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to purchase and install the new domestic water filtration system in accordance with the scope of work, drawings, and specifications which will be attached to the solicitation. Work shall be performed in accordance with construction drawings and specifications and other standards and regulations as detailed or specified. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 237110. The small business standard is $33.5 M. The cost range is less than $25,000. Information regarding the scheduled site visit will be stated in the Solicitation.
