- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC FMS anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of Milli Computer Replacement 1553 Circuit Card Assembly (MCR 1553 CCA) kits in support of the AN/ALQ-131 (V) Block II Jammer Pods and ALM-256 MCR-1553 kits in support of the AN/ALM-256 Intermediate Level Support Equipment (ILSE) test stations. Quantity: AN/ALQ-131 MCR-1553 CCA kit ranges 20-40each, 41-60each, 61-80each, 81-91each ALM-256 ILSE kit ranges 1-5each, 6-10each, 11-15each MCR-1553 Software loader 1 each NGC RePlace software and license 1 Lot. Delivery: 180 Days ARO Contract 20 per month The Government intends to solicit only one source, Northrop Grumman, Cage Code: 0JRC1. The authority for this acquisition falls under 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1. Justification: Supplies and services are required are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting a proposal by email to leon.castellano@robins.af.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
