- The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247, intends to award a contract on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106 to Falk Technical Service Corp, 227 W 19TH ST, New York, NY 10011. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. Falk Technical Service Corp. is the only known source capable of meeting the Governments requirements for an servicing the supplemental HVAC system at 601 W. 19th Street, New York, NY 10001. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 13.106. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
