- US Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (Western), Upper Great Plains region, intends to award a contract under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1), on a sole source basis to Titan Machinery of Bismarck, ND 58501 for the repair of one Grove RT635C Crane. Titan Machinery is the only Grove Dealer in Bismarck ND that has Grove Trained technicians to work on this piece of equipment. Applicable NAICS code is 811310. This notice is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability to accommodate this requirement which must include documentation showing that your firm is a Grove Authorized Dealer with Grove Trained Technicians by e-mailing the Contracting Specialist at mlowe@wapa.gov no later than 11:00 AM Central Time, April 20, 2012. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement a t Westerns sole discretion. Sole Source justification is attached. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. Western is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this Notice.
