U.S. Government Seeks Expressions of interest for a 6 mont H lease for Approximately 23,460 RSF (Yielding Approximately 20,400 ansi/boma office area square feet) of Office Space in brooklyn, new york Solicitation # 2NY0533 The United States Government seeks expressions of interest to lease approximately 23,460 rentable square feet (approximately 20,400 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet) of contiguous office space located on a single floor. The space must meet requirements for fire and life safety plus handicapped access. LEASE TERM: Six (6) months, three (3) months firm with thirty (30) days cancellation notice. DELINEATED AREA: Brooklyn, New York as described by the area below: Northern Boundary: Clark Street to Cadman Plaza to Tillary Street Western Boundary: Congress Street to Hicks Street to Clark Street Southern Boundary: Hoyt Street to Bergen Street to Congress Street Eastern Boundary: Tillary Street to Bridge Street to Hoyt Street EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN MAY 4, 2012 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Building name and address, and location of space in the building Legal description One-eighth inch scale drawing of the space being offered ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet Rentable Square Feet offered and Rental Rate per square foot. (Specifying services, utilities, electricity and tenant improvement allowance included) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet Name, address, telephone number and email address of individual to be contacted Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
