- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for: GSA ***********Quotes must be received by 2:00 p.m. CST, 20 Apr 12. ************ This RFQ is for the requirements listed in the attached file entitled Requirements List. Quotes shall be structured in accordance with the attached Optional Form 336 OR the attached Requirements Listing. Quotes do not have to be submitted on this form but must contain the same information on the form, to include the corresponding Item No from the attached Requirements List, a description of the supplies, the quantity, the unit price and the amount. The quotes shall include an overall total for all items. Any quotes not adhering to this guidance will not be considered. Quotes shall be sent to the e-mail address listed below.
