- This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Please do not contact the Contracting Officer for details about the solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on or about May 2, 2012. The solicitation will be posted as IFB, Sealed Bid, Full and Open Competition. The Bureau of Land Management, National Interagency Fire Center has a requirement to replace the air handlers on the Jack Wilson Building located at 3833 S Development Ave, Boise ID. The Work includes removal of existing and installation of two new packaged rooftop HVAC units, temperature control upgrades, testing adjusting and balancing of the new units, start-up of the new units and minor electrical disconnect and reconnect. The NAICS Code for this project is 238220 with a size standard of $14 million. The project magnitude is between $500,000 - $1,000,000.
