- The Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to solicit for the repair, modification and manufacture support of T-44 cockpit edge light panels. This requirement is in support of the FRCSE Jacksonville, FL. The synopsized procurement is for a base year and two one-year option periods. The period of performance will be 1 July 2012 “ 30 June 2013 for the first year. FOB Destination. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements type. This requirement will be a 100% Small Business Set-aside and is identified under NAICS Code 336413 with the small business size standard of 1000 employees. The complete statement of work and technical specifications will be provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about 1 May 2012 and will close 21 days thereafter. The RFQ will be made available electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fedbizopps.gov) and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (www.neco.navy.mil) web sites. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of these documents will be issued. Offerors must be registered and active in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. See www.ccr.gov for further information and instruction.
