- J&A 6.302-1 The Naval Air Systems Command has awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to ITT Corporation of Clifton New Jersey for Full Rate Production (FRP) Lots 9-11 of the Integrated Defensive Electronic Counter Measures (IDECM) ALQ-214 (V)4 Radio Frequency Countermeasures (RFCM) system. The contract consists of a base year with two options. The quantities are as follows: FRP9: Qty 23 FRP10: Qty 43 FRP11: Qty 38 This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 as ITT is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the ALQ-214 system and is the only firm that can provide these supplies within the required timeframe.
