Burdick Fed Bldg/Courthouse, 655 1st Ave. N., Fargo, North Dakota to include: carpet, wallpaper, paint, cabinets, electric, door removal, etc. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on May 2, 2012. Work to be completed in 60 days fter notice to proceed. Estimate range is $25,000 to $100,000. Payment bonds is required. This solicitation may be available on the internet http:www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business.
