- SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT SYNOPSIS N66001-12-T-7009 This is a sole source announcement. No hard copy request for quotation will beprepared or made available for distribution. Space and Naval Warfare SystemsCenter, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract toEffnet, AB to purchase the following item: (1 Each) Robust Header Compression (ROHCV2) one year license and supportservice for six months.
