- Solicitation # W564KV-12-R-0017 (Please note the above referenced Solicitation replaces W912CM-11-R-0025) The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade (409th CSB), Theater Contracting Center- Unit 23156, APO, AE 09227-3156, intends to procure a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with Time and Material (T&M) line items for the Installation Maintenance Services for U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart (USAG-S), and surrounding areas to include US Army Installation Areas, Army Family Housing, Unaccompanied Personnel Housing and leased facilities. This requirement will include all management, material, supplies, supervision, personnel, labor, facilities, transportation, general and specialized equipment, maintenance, repair and maintenance services. The Period of Performance includes a base period of 12 months plus 4 option years. The acquisition will be solicited under full and open competition. A solicitation will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) and Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOps), on or about September 2012.
