Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Mission Contracting Office, Fort Hood, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to MicroStrategy Inc, 1861 International Dr. McLean, Va 22102-4409, for following: a. Technical support standard renewal - addl b. Architect 9.0.1 c. Desktop analyst module 9.0.1 d. Desktop designer option 9.0.1 e. Command Manager unlimited intelligence server named users 9.0.1 f. Object manager unlimited intelligence server named users 9.0.1 g. Intelligence server module 9.0.1 h. Report Services option 9.0.1 i. OLAP services option 9.0.1 j. Distribution Services option 9.0.1 k. Web reporter module 9.0.1 l. Web analyst option 9.0.1 m. Web professional option 9.0.1 n. Narrowcast server module 9.0.1 o. Enterprise manager unlimited intelligence server named users 9.0.1 in Support of Central Technical support facility, Fort Hood TX.. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting from a Single Source. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstance of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available due to only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable north American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210 software publishers with a size standard of 100 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however, interested person may identify their interest and capability by responding within 15 days after the date of electronic publication of this synopsis. All Reponses must be provided no later than 10:00 am CDT 27 April 2012. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
