- 1. The Electronic Systems Center, 66th Air Base Group, hereby releases this pre-solicitation notice for real property improvements, including the provision and installation of an HVAC system at building 1612, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts. 2. The anticipated release of this solicitation on Fed Biz Opps is to be on or around 1 May 2012. A site visit at the aforementioned facility will be conducted in approximately mid-May. Due to the somewhat complex nature of the specifications of this project, the Government considers attendance at the site visit to be mandatory for all parties anticipating submittal of an offer. Details of such will be included in the solicitation to follow. 3. This solicitation is anticipated to be a small business set-aside under NAICS code 238220.
