- Description
- This is a construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, tools, transportation and other incidental items to perform interior and exterior painting of various buildings on Army Installations located on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 20 April 2012. Proposal due date is 21 May 2012. Period of Performance: 01 June 2012 through 31 May 2013 with one option period from 01 June 2013 to 31 May 2014. This procurement is 100% SBA 8(a) Set Aside limited to 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the SBA Hawaii District Office (HDO) and other 8(a) construction firms with a bona fide place of business within the geographical competitive area and with the assigned NAICS code. All other 8(a) BD Participants are deemed ineligible to submit offers. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $14M, NAICS 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors. Telephone requests will not be honored. Issued solicitation packages will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ (go to Contracting Opportunities Search, Select Contracting Office: ACA Fort Shafter, then Continue button). Interested offerors are required to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on the website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments or changes.
