- The solicitation number is W912L5-12-T-0005. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-34. This is intended to be unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification system (Naics) code for this procurement is 541511 size standard 18.0mil. The requirement is be delivered to the Joint Force Headquarters, Department of Information Management, First Regiment Road, Wilmington, Delaware 19808-2191. The Delaware Army National Guard requires Snort Fire Technical Training and Rules of Writing, to IA and CND personnel on IDS and IPS technology and certification. Period of performance during May 2012; 4 day class. Starting time 7:00am - 4:00pm. Line item 0001 Snort Training Onsite, 4 days, to include instructor. Line item 0002 Snort on site 6 each, 4 days. Line item 0003 Snort CP Exam Snort Certified Professional 10 ea. Line item 0004 Instructor 1 each, travel and living expenses, not to exceed the Joint Federal Travel Regulation per diem 300-1.
