- Description
- SOFSA intends to award a sole source firm fixed price type contract with options to DRS C3 & Aviation Company, 400 Professional Dr Ste 400 Gaithersburg MD 20879 (CAGE CODE 66839). This requirement is for modification services for the AN/USM-643, NSN 6625-01-331-7875. This FFP contract will be an 18 month basic with two options. The basic contract will provide two upgrade kits and installation and software data. Option 1 will provide a quantity of up to thirteen upgrade kits and installation and technical data. Option 2 is for Tester Replaceable Units (TRUs) spares which will support the modified tester. These modification services will bring the USM-643 testers to the production configuration. The government does not own the Technical Data Package (TDP) therefore, sole source authority is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1.
