- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office, (MICC/ICO) at Fort Polk, Louisiana will issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) with intent to award a firm-fixed price 100% Small Business set-aside contract for Confined Space Rescue Refresher Training for the Directorate of Emergency Services - Fire and Emergency Services (DES-FES), Fort Polk, LA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Confined Space Rescue Refresher Training. Instructors must be an accredited Confined Space Instructor(s), have documented Confined Space Rescue experience, can provide documentation of such rescues and a resum to support their experience, training and continuing education. These documents must be submitted as part of the proposal. The applicable NAICS code is 611430. Solicitation will be issued on or about 20 April 2012 with proposal due date on or about 14 May 2012. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted and available for view and download at ASFI and through FedBizOpps as no paper copies will be issued. Electronic mail quotes are acceptable. Faxes are not authorized. Interested parties should review their Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code), be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) and Online Certification and Representation Application (ORCA). This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract. FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures will be used for this procurement. POC for this action is Kyle L.
