- Description
- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of six (6) NSNs in accordance with approved CAGE and part numbers. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a base year and four option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed five (5) years. Small Business Size Standard is 500. The solicitation will be unrestricted under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. The solicitation will be available on or about May 3, 2012 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Inspection / Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
