- FERC-12-R-0049 FERC-12-R-0049.DOCX FERC-12-R-0049 FERC-12-R-0049_1.docx The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission seeks a web-based application to support the oversight of energy markets. The application shall provide information that focuses on energy market business, regulatory, and financial information; in addition to energy market entitlements such as ownerships, affiliation, and market concentration and the ability to track ownership and affiliation. The application must provide a comprehensive view of energy entity ownership and access to fuel contracts that provide insight into market participant behavior. Scope of Work: "A real time energy news service "Asset and ownership databases, including affiliate relationships "Energy and financial markets data and deal database "Power Plant, transmission and gas project status database "State regulatory proceedings report "Easily accessible archives "E-mail alerts based on user defined industry filters "Excel spreadsheet data link The vendor shall submit the proposal as an attachment. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as prescribed in FAR Clause 52.232.33.
