- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The Defense Media Activity has a requirement for a modular Radio Audio over IP Router System with Studio Consoles (hereafter known as "AoIPRS") capable of audio and control routing while interfacing with Government furnished embedded OMT iMediaTouch automation systems. The prospective vendor for this requirement shall be capable of providing a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) routing and control system. The AoIPRS must utilize Audio over Internet Protocol technology and be modular in design. The proposed system and technologies therein must be proven by successfully serving similar missions to that of the AFN-BC and meet the Government's design requirements as outlined within this PWS. The integration of the AoIPRS with the Government's legacy OMT iMediaTouch will be the responsibility of the successful vendor. The successful vendor shall design, engineer, provide training, furnish installation drawings and furnish, test and commission all hardware, software, and ancillary equipment. The AoIPRS must have the capacity and bandwidth to support three Production Studios, two Edit Stations, one Master Control, 24 Media Ingest Recorders, 18 primary and 18 backup full time On-Air formats. It will be the Government's responsibility to install all equipment and wire the AoIPRS in accordance with the successful vendors' drawings and specifications. The contractor must quote FOB destination. This procurement is set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 334210 and small business size standard is 1000 employees. Offers will be considered from all responsible and responsive small business concerns. The solicitation will be posted on this Website within fifteen days of this posting. All offers in response to this solicitation must be in writing and delivery to the above address, e-mailed to shevonn.moore@dma.mil or faxed to (951) 413-2432 by the time and date indicated. A preproposal conference and site visit will be scheduled after release of RFP on the FBO website.
