- Salient Characteristics Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.106 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56 and DFARS Change Notice 20120330. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310 and the size standard is 750 employees. Solicitation number 12TC0321 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). 1. Performance Location: Building 4550,Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center (WHASC), 2200 Bergquist Drive, Lackland AFB,TX. Main Auditorium room BA25, Basement. 2. This RFQ is for a Auditorium Projector Screen upgrade. The SOW and Salient Characteristics are attached. 3. Basis for Award. 802 CONS will issue a purchase order based on price only and provides the Best Value to the Government for the purchase. 4. SITE VISIT The Government will host a site visit on Monday, 23 Apr 2012 @ 1:00 pm CST. in Building 4550,Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center (WHASC), 2200 Bergquist Drive, Lackland AFB,TX. Main Auditorium room BA25. Request prior coordination in order to obtain visitor passes. If attending the site visit please provide the following information on company letterhead by Thursday, 19 Apr 2012 no later than 1:00 pm CST.
