- SOL: VA261-12-R-0445 Due: June 1, 2012 (est.) Request for Proposal (RFP) - Maintenance and support for the ANSOS One-Staff System Nurse Scheduler Software at the San Francisco VA Medical Center and the VA Central California (Fresno) Health Care System. This will be a sole-source procurement as the incumbent (McKesson, formerly Per-Se Technologies) holds the proprietary information for this equipment and is the only firm that can provide equipment and service upgrades. The NAICS code is 541519, size standard of $25 million applies. Product Service code of J065 applies. The actual solicitation should be posted on or about June 1, 2012. You may also mail to William Ulibarri, Network Contracting Office (NCO21), VAPAHCS, Bldg. T50, 3801 Miranda Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304. The proposed procurement will be a one year contract with four one year option periods. Electronic solicitation may be accessed at no cost at www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendment issued against this solicitation will also be available from the same URL addresses. Contractor is responsible for submitting all documents required in accordance with the solicitation, including any amendments which will be posted on this website. Solicitation is also subject to availability of funding. Proposals shall be submitted on an all or nothing basis. Partial proposals will be rejected. Proposal shall be valid for 60 days from offer due date.
