- THIS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY Adams & Associates is soliciting cost proposals from qualified professional services providers to provide subcontracted medical services to Job Corps Students (16-24 yrs old) at the Gadsden Job Corps Center. Adams & Associates Inc. subcontract for these services will be awarded for the base term period covering July 1, 2012- November 30, 2012 with the option of four additional months. Bid closing date is: May 16,2012 @ 5:00 pm CST. Job Corps is a national training and employment program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor. Bids will be Awarded on the "Best Value" basis Evaluation Criteria: •· Price •o Responsible contractor who can perform effective services at the lowest reasonable price •· Quality •o Demonstrated experience and knowledge capabilities; technical excellence, management capabilities, personnel qualifications, quality of tender packages, technical excellence including where necessary drawings, blue prints, etc. •· Past Performance •o Past services to the Center or list of references for verification purposes •· Schedule •o Explanation on how services will be carried out and the delivery timeframe.
