THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS ACOMPETITIVE 100% 8(m) WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) SET-ASIDE,SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD $10 MILLION ONLY**** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement and attachmentsconstitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Thesolicitation number is N66001-12-R-0053, as attached, and is issued as aRequest for Proposal (RFP), (SF 1449) for Commercial Items. The solicitationdocuments and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect throughFederal Acquisition Circular 2005-56. It is the responsibility of thecontractor tobe familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This combinedsynopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and SPAWAR e-commerce (https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil).The Department of Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific(SSC PAC) expects to award a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, IndefiniteQuantity (IDIQ), multiple-award contract with a base period of one (1) year andtwo (2) one-year options for Patent Application Drafting Services. Thisservicerequires preparing and delivering up to 75 sets of documents to (SSC PAC) thatare, in part, required in non-provisional utility United States utility patentapplications.(SSC PAC) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing one(1) base year and two (2) option years for Patent Application Drafting Servicesby 16 May 2012 at 2:00 p.m. PST. Offerors wishing to submit a proposal areresponsible for downloading the RFP, (SF 1449); from this website and tofrequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP.
