This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial item services with the intent to solicit as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION has been prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisitions Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N00259 12 T 0703. Pursuant to 19.502-2, quotes will be solicited only from small business concerns; quotes received from vendors that are not small business concerns are ineligible for award and will not be considered; and any award resulting from the solicitation will be made to a small business concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811219; Size: $19.0M. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-56. It is the contractor s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov and/ or www.acq.osd.mil. All interested bidders shall submit quotations electronically by email to melissa.vannocker@med.navy.mil. E-mail submissions are limited to 2MB. The submitter should confirm receipt of email submissions. Quotations are due on or before April 26, 2012 @ 09:00AM Pacific Standard Time to be considered responsive.
