- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation needed for the general construction of a permanent foundation for a 14 ft by 60 ft moved-on building, consisting of a cast-in-place concrete slab, masonry skirting walls, support piers and tie-downs; the placement and setup of the building including all utility connections; and the removal of the existing vinyl siding exterior finish to be replaced with a stucco exterior finish to the building, and other related items. Project is located in San Juan County, UT at Moab Fire Center Campus adjacent to Kens Lake approximately 12 miles South of Moab, UT. Site visit is scheduled for April 25, 2012 at 10:00 am MST. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $33.5M. Project price range is between $25,000 and $150,000. Performance time is 30 calendar days, estimated to begin upon contract award approximately mid May 2012. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-aside. Competition is limited to eligible Small Business concerns. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, Payment Protection is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
