- This is a notice of intent to award sole source procurement to SimplexGrinnell, 99-1379 Koaha Place, Aiea, HI, 96701-3269. This sole-source procurement will remove, replace and upgrade intrusion detection system equipment and electronic door locks that was previously installed by SimplexGrinnell at selected buildings at the EMSS Gateway located on NCTAMS-PAC, Wahiawa, HI. SimplexGrinnell is the only company authorized, trained, and certified to work on this proprietary fire alarm system. This fire alarm system will be integrated with the SimplexGrinnell's access control system. North American Industry Classification System is 561621 This notice of intent is not a request for quotation and expires 24 April 2012 at 15:00 p.m. HST.
