- THIS IS A MARKET SURVEY REQUESTING INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF THE FOLLOWING PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENT: No contract will be awarded from this announcement. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Also, it is not a request seeking contractors interested in being placed on a solicitation mailing list. Response to this questionnaire is voluntary and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to the market survey and any follow-on information requests. Data submitted in response to this market survey will not be returned. No solicitation document exists at this time, and calls requesting a solicitation will not be answered. The personal protective ensemble over-garment provides protection against Chemical-Biological contaminants when worn as part of an ensemble. The one piece over-garment utilizes waterproof/breathable material technology to provide protection against liquid, gas and aerosol driven chemical and biological warfare agents and toxic industrial chemicals. The over-garment consists of multiple sizes and design configurations.
