- SCOPE OF WORK Lock Out Tag Out Audit The following describes the scope of work for a service contract to perform a lock Out Tag out Procedures Audit and produce new Procedures on Red River Army Depot Equipment. The contractor shall perform the following tasks: Audit 496 existing Lock out Tag out Procedures. Develop new procedures for 64 pieces of equipment identified by the depot. Develop new procedures for equipment the contractor determines there is a requirement for based on the notes below and coordinated with the COR. General Notes: RRAD will provide a copy of existing procedures and a list of equipment requiring new procedures. Contractor Will: Perform audit on existing procedures Replace any missing hard copy procedures and tags as required. Develop new procedures as required for multiple energy source equipment. and provide and attach to the equipment, hard copy procedures and tags durable enough to survive an industrial environment. (Laminated Procedures and hard plastic tags) Provide Procedures for any equipment that they identify a requirement for that the Government may have failed to identify. The total new procedures will be limited to a maximum of 70
