- Attachment B - DoDDS-E locations Attachment A - Chemical Requirements List This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. This announcement seeks information from industry, which will be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The Department of Defense Dependents Schools - Europe (DoDDS-E) is considering establishing a BPA (on a competitive basis) for various laboratory chemicals (see Attachment A - Chemical Requirement List) to support the Science curriculum at DoDDS-E Middle and High Schools throughout Europe (see Attachment B - DoDDS-E Locations). The orders would most likely be placed by Government Purchase Card holders located at the schools. There have been many issues in the past of getting the chemicals through Customs in the various countries. Therefore, DoDDS-E is seeking interested vendors that have had experience shipping chemicals overseas (specifically to the countries identified in Attachment B).
