- This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-11-G-A751 with Electric Boat Corp., Groton, CT with performance in Honolulu, HI and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by NAVSUP WSS for the period 2012 May 17 thru 2013 May 17 for the evaluation and repair of Secondary Propulsion Motors. Some representative NSNs are as follows: NSN 2S 6105-00-830-8048 E3, Motor, Alternating C; NSN 2S 6105-00-087-0402 E3, Motor, Alternating C; NSN 4Y 605-01-076-0568, Motor, Alternating C, NSN 7H 6105-01-056-1314, Motor, Alternating C. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVSUP WSS solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
