Description

This procurement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Serious potential quoters are required to download and print a copy of Solicitation document No. A12PS00857 in its' entirety for compliance with quote submission instructions and for future reference. NO HARDCOPY OF THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE FROM THE GOVERNMENT. Solicitation document No. A12PS00857 is issued under FAR Part 12, NAICS Code 325320, Small Business Size Standard of 500 Employees. 1. REQUIREMENT: a. One time purchase of 5,035 gallons of herbicide. b. REQUIRED PACKAGING: 19 (nineteen) 265 gallon containers - NO EXCEPTION OR ALTERNATE PACKAGING WILL BE ACCEPTED. 2. PERFORMANCE PERIOD AND DELIVERY: a. Performance Period: 05-07-2012 through 07-06-2012. b. The number of containers that will be accepted the first delivery are ten (10) due to storage capability. c. The balance of nine (9) containers will be the final delivery. d. Deliveries are to be made as directed by the Government to the BIA Poston Irrigation Yard, located at 21051-3 E. Poston Rd. and Mohave Rd., Poston, AZ 85371. e. The vendor is to remove all empty containers from the Poston Irrigation Yard. f. The vendor should have an enforced "No Texting While Driving" company policy (when delivering the product to the BIA CRA). Issue date for RFQ: 04-16-2012. Closing Date for receipt of quotes is 04-30-2012, Monday, 4:30 PM, COB Phoenix, AZ local time.
