- Description
- The Inter-American Foundation (IAF), through the Department of Treasury, Bureau of Public Debt, intends to award an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for audit services of IAF grantees in Haiti, resulting in time-and-materials and/or fixed-price labor hour task orders. Among the Grant Auditor requirements, the Contractor shall be a licensed accountant, accounting firm or organization with a full-time physical presence in Haiti, and have legal status to operate in Haiti for the duration of the contract. The Contractor (including staff) shall have language proficiency in French, Creole and English. - Among the tasks the Auditor will perform are the following: conduct audits in accordance with the Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), and conduct orientation/initial a,ssessments of grantees receiving IAF funds. The grant auditors must be able to travel to remote parts of Haiti to conduct fieldwork at grantees' locations. The contract will be for a base period and four one-year option periods.
