- Description: FIRE DETECTOR ASSEMBLY, OVERHEAT Kidde Technologies Inc (61423) P/N 472078 Critical Application Item with configuration control. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 78 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 1680-01-206-9062, PR 0043861704. Delivery requirement is 150 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. This solicitation is subject to the Buy American Act-Free Trade Agreements-Balance of Payments Program. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov. FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation.
