- The USDA, ARS, MWA, National Center for Animal Health (NCAH) Ames Iowa has a need/requirement for Large Animal Feed. (Horse, Swine, Sheep and Cow) The award will be for the period starting approximately June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013 for an IDIQ fixed price type contract. This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.203 Procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 311119; small business size standard is 500 employees. It is anticipated that a solicitation for Commercial Items will be issued on approximately Tuesday, May 01, 2012 as a Request for Quote. AG-32SC-S-12-0004 will be due on approximately Thursday, May 31, 2012 will incorporate the following provisions and clauses which can be found in full text at www.acquisition.gov/comp/far/index.html.
