- SOW This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: "Opentext Maintenance support." One year of Maintenance support to include the provision of software updates, patches and bug fixes; license files to implement software updates; licenses server rehosts; phone and email technical support for ONI administrators (installation, configuration and troubleshooting) and configurations and troubleshooting for the users. VPS #s V112948-001, V112948-001. Brand name required. Evaluation factor will be lowest price technically acceptable. This is an all or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003.
