PRON: D12H4677D1, NSN: 4140-01-2599260, P/N:11461882, one time purchase contract a quantity of 14, TUBEAXIAL FAN, applicable to M-D6 Weapon System. First Article Testing quantity is 1 each due 100 days after contract award plus a testing period of 90 days. Production Lead-time with First Article for remaining 13 units is due 190 days after contract award. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing waived is 14 each due 100 days after contract award. Delivery to Fort Bliss Tx 79916-5801. This procurement has been deemed suitable to be procured as a Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone request will be accepted. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
