- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Project Description: Contractor shall provide all material, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to remove and properly dispose of the old 500KVA transformer, and to furnish, install, startup, and test a new 500KVA transformer and incidental related work, located approximately 20 feet north of the TCE facility at the U.S. Army Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (USACRREL), 72 Lyme Rd, Hanover, NH.
