- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a request for VBrick Signage Equipment and Installation. Item descriptions and manufacturer reference information is provided for the requested VBrick Signage Equipment and Installation to help identify a desired standard of performance and quality. A standard level of quality would be comparable to the VBrick Signage Equipment and Installation referenced in the solicitation. This reference shall not be construed as limiting competition. Items quoted must be equal to or better than what's identified. Please provide product description literature/information or a website for any quoted equipment. Not doing so may render your quote as not acceptable.
