- Description
- This project is for the supply and delivery of 1,775 tons of 3/8" #8, crushed, washed aggregate chips and an estimated 250 tons of 1/2 asphalt concrete. Delivery of aggregate chips will be to predetermined stockpiles. Delivery of asphalt concrete will be to project location as Forest Service road crews needs. The work will be coordinated and directed by Forest Service personnel. The estimated start work date is May 9, 2012. Project location is Cottonwood Road on the Stanislaus National Forest. Cottonwood Road starts in the town of Tuolmne City and goes to the Cherry Lake Recreation Area. The project is set aside for small businesses. Solicitation package will be uploaded approximately April 18, 2012, with a bid closing date of April 25, 2012. Please hold any technical questions until after review of the solicitation.
