- Market Survey Questionnaire THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a sources sought announcement for informational purposes only. The Air Force is conducting market research and desires input from the industry to assist in requirements planning. The information gathered by this request will be used within the Air Force to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed out the agency. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this sources sought is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned. The information obtained from responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and future RFP. This sources sought is to inquire if there are vendors capable of performing non-consent towing services on the Island of Oahu at Bellows Air Force Station, Hawaii. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for the towing and storage services and meet all specifications applicable to Air Force and DoD policies. All interested companies please respond with your company's business size status, and capabilities.
