- RFQ for Iridium phone parts. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, H92237-12-Q-0263, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-55 effective 2 Feb 2012). This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 517410 and the small business size standard is $15M. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration database. (Reference: DFARS 252.204-7004, Alt A Required Central Contractor Registration). See the attached SF1449 for the commercial items requested in this solicitation.
