- CORRECTION TO STAGE I - EVALUATION CRITERIA: Delete previous Stage I (2) PHILOSOPHY AND DESIGN INTENT CRITERIA AND REPLACE WITH FOLLOWING: (2) PHILOSOPHY AND DESIGN INTENT (25%): In the Lead Designer's own words (maximum of two single-sided pages), as related to this project, state his/her overall design philosophy and approach to the challenge of public architecture and related issues, parameters that may apply in creating a contemporary federal courthouse relevant to the texture of a southern coastal community; and commitment to integrated and sustainable design. THE DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF SUBMITTALS IS HEREBY EXTENDED TO MAY 11, 2012, 3:00PM (EST).
