Description
Statement of Work (SOW) for license and maintenance support for Resin Application. The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to award a sole source contract to CAUCHO Technology, Inc., at 643 Gravilla Street, La Jolla, CA 92037-5154, for CAUCHO RESIN Application Server licenses and maintenance support. Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) and the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO), requires maintenance support and licenses for CAUCHO Resin Application Server. CAUCHO Resin Application license provides Digital Signature Verification support for the DTSA which enables users within DOD to digitally sign their travel documents. DMDC is responsible for the sustainment of the Defense Travel System Archive (DTSA) system for travel documents generated from the Defense Travel System (DTS) used by DOD personnel. The maintenance support is required to ensure optimum performance and continuity of DTSA services. This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements stated in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirements. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice (see below). Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part12 and FAR Part 13. This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-51 Effective 1 April 2011 and DPN 20110331. Please see the attached SOW for a description of the requirements. Response Date: no later than 2:00 EST on 20 April 2012.
