- Description
- Amendment to change due date The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFPP04061000001 for the provision of utility water services. The services will be provided to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Florence, Colorado. The contract type is a requirements contract with firm-fixed unit price. The award will be made to the responsible company who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only. The contract period for the service will be ten years. The estimated quantity for the ten year period will be an estimated maximum of 900,000 gallons of potable water per day. The total annual volume is estimated to be 250,000,000 gallons. The solicitation will be available on or about July 11, 2011 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of offers is on or about June 29, 2012. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. The acquisition is unrestricted.
