- CONSTRUCTION PROJECT - Construction Project 501-11-133, Refurbish Elevators, New Mexico VA Medical Center, Albuquerque, NM. The New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS), 1501 San Pedro Drive Se, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87108, anticipates soliciting proposals and consequently awarding a construction contract for the Refurbish Elevators - Project number, 501-11-133. The Offeror shall provide all labor, personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, facility supervision, supervision, administration and any other item(s) necessary to perform and accomplish the work. Specifications and Drawings will be posted online, if any, with the Solicitation for your viewing and download. No copies of the specifications and/or drawings will be sent from the office. Access to the specifications and drawings will be made available at the free website, http://www.fbo.gov. If no specifications and/or drawings are posted, there are none. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) and part 36 (Construction) and will be evaluated with procedures therein. Information regarding a formal pre-proposal site visit (including time, date, and meeting location) will be provided in the solicitation. The complete solicitation package (including specifications, drawings, and further information) will be issued on or about April 30th, 2012 via FEDBIZOPPS. Solicitation responses will be due in the Contracting Office on or about May 30th, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. MST. NOTE: ALL DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. SEE SOLICITATION FOR OFFICIAL DATES, TIMES, AND LOCATIONS OF SITE VISITS AND DEADLINES. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, and pursuant to 38 U.S.C. 8127(d), the solicitation will be advertised as a 100% Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned-Small-Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. All prospective contractors must be registered, verified, and visible on the VetBiz website as a SDVOSB, http://www.vetbiz.gov, at the time proposals are due to be considered eligible for award. The NAICS Code is: 238290 The Size Standard is: $14 million The Project Magnitude is: $1,000,000 - $2,000,000 Anticipated Period of Performance: 346 Calendar Days Award is subject to the availability of funds.
