- This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and an award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is for gravel located at the Fish & Wildlife Service (Morgan Brake National Wildlife Refuge) in Cruger, MS 38924. NAICS Code: 212321, Size Standard: 500 employees. This work entails furnishing all necessary management, supervision, labor, and equipment to supply a) 600-tons of Coarse Aggregate 200 lb Limestone Rip-Rap and b) 500-tons of Coarse Aggregate Gabion Stone (4" x 8" to 4" x 10") stock piled (spot dumped) at a minimum of 400-tons per day. Detailed requirements and/or specifications are listed within the solicitation. Required commencement date for delivery is within 30 days of contract award. Last date for delivery is June 30, 2012. A firm-fixed price commercial order will be issued. Telephone requests will not be accepted. All quotes must be received at this office no later than April 20, 2012, 3:00 PM Local Eastern Time.
