- Solicitation for NSN 1680-01-480-1705 / PR 0043116453, Allen Aircraft Products Inc part number 1403141.00, Eaton Aerospace LLC part number 1A7825, and Triumph Gear Systems Inc part number 42312-492, Chip Collector Assembly. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. This is a configuration controlled item. The only approved sources for this item are Allen Aircraft Products Inc (CAGE 82829), Eaton Aerospace LLC (CAGE 97484), and Triumph Gear Systems Inc (CAGE 82402). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 416 each. The required delivery schedule is 173 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection and acceptance at origin. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP)" under the Solicitations heading.
