- Sole Source Justification USCG is procuring 4 Seagoing Wireless Information Technology (SeaWITS) and 2 Small Arms Transmitter (SAT). This system helps small boats and helicopters through the use of sensors have knowldege of their firing accuracy and effectiveness. Additionally the system must be salt water resistant. This procurement was completed as a sole source under FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirments." Lockheed Martin is the sole proprietor of all parts and equipments related to the SeaWITS system.
